Connect BambooHR to Claude to look up employee records, manage time off, run HR reports, track hiring, and keep goals moving. Claude can tell you who reports to whom and pull an employee's job history, check who's out this week and how much PTO someone has left, submit and approve time off requests, run reports saved in BambooHR or build ad hoc queries against your employee data, review applicants and where they sit in the pipeline, and create or update goals and milestones. Customers hiring through BambooHR's employer of record offering can also see global workers, outstanding onboarding steps, and which countries they can hire in. Useful for answering people questions in the middle of another task, pulling headcount or turnover numbers before a meeting, clearing a backlog of time off requests, or checking a candidate's status without opening the ATS. Every request runs as the BambooHR user who connected and operates under that account's access.
